1. Where do you shipping from?

We ship out of Surrey, BC. Yes, we are Canadian! We ship via Canada Post and below are guidelines as to how long it will take for your package to arrive. 

Canada - approximately 2-7 business days
USA - approximately 7-9 business days
International - approximately 10-14 business days

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We can ship anywhere. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.

3. Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do. Please send us a message although there is no guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. 

4. How long before my order ships?

Each listing indicates the turnaround time. If it is not listed follow the guidelines below.

5. Is there tracking with my package?

No, tracking is not included in the shipping costs. Should you want tracking, please contact us before you place your order.

6. I live locally, can I pick up my order?

Yes, we are located within Clayton Heights, BC. At checkout, use code LOCALPICKUP. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up as well as the location for pick up. You must select a time and day prior to picking up. Should you be unable to pick up your order at the day and times available to you, you may purchase shipping at a later date to then have your order shipped to your home.
